Physical Plant

A screen will appear, upon successful submission of a Service Request, with a printable format of the Service Request including the Service Request Number.  If the screen does not appear with your Service Request Number, your submission was not successful.  Please contact 5221 if you encounter any problems with the system.

Keyplans are available on the network for viewing through AutoVue software.  Follow the path LCCShare/FacilitiesManagement/keyplans/ and select the desired Site, Building and floor.  Contact ITR to load AutoVue if the software is not already available on your computer.
