Community and Continuing Education Offerings
Lansing Community College (LCC) has a long history of providing Community and Continuing Education (CCE) in the Greater Lansing area. LCC East is "home" to the Lansing Community College Community and Continuing Education programs. The CCE Department offers a variety of exciting and accessible lifelong learning opportunities that promote self-reliance, self-discovery, and individual/community well-being. Students can gain new knowledge and skills related to the workplace or explore personal development as they enhance their quality of life.
Community Education
Community Education classes offer learners of all ages access to lifelong learning opportunities that connect LCC's strengths with community needs. Community Education programs encompass a wide spectrum of disciplines, including avocational and leisure offerings, youth development, and adult and senior enrichment.
Continuing Education
Continuing Education encompasses credit and non-credit educational offerings for adults which build upon previous education and experience. The Continuing Education program at LCC helps adults develop new job skills; advance in one's career; qualify for professional licensure, re-licensure or certification; and explore personal development through avocational pursuits.
